Windows Power Settings
Start by optimizing Windows power settings for maximum performance. This is the foundation for all other optimizations.
Accessing Power Options
- Right-click on the battery icon in the system tray
- Select "Power Options" from the context menu
- Or go to Settings → System → Power & battery
- Click on "Additional power settings"
Recommended Settings
- • Power Plan: High Performance or Ultimate Performance
- • Processor Power: Maximum Performance State 100%
- • Cooling Policy: Active
- • Display: Never turn off when plugged in
